• “Stairmaster” type metal stair flights – a faster, safer, cleaner and cost effective permanent formwork system made from galvanised steel including the steel reinforcement, used intensively on a multitude of projects, with no need for stripping and requiring reduced amount of work to install when compared to conventional stair formwork. Additionally, prefabricated galvanised metal “stair treads” are also supplied in order to facilitate safe access for various trades during the construction process.
  As an option SP FORMWORK can also supply and install prefabricated galvanised metal stair handrails to project specifications and compliant with relevant industry’s laws, regulations, standards and codes.

 

• “Prefabricated Beam” – a system which in combination with the “Stairmaster” type stair flights, significantly accelerates the construction of “scissor stairs”. As with the stair flights, the prefabricated beam is designed to include the internal steel reinforcement and is engineered out of galvanised steel for a high standard of finish.

• “Prefabricated hobs” – a preformed galvanised metal frame made to suit project requirements designed to speed up the construction and improve construction tolerances.

• “Prefabricated set-downs” – a preformed galvanised metal angle cut to size, preassembled and delivered to site to be installed using supplied supporting legs of different heights to suit formwork deck profiles and dimensional specifications, these elements save substantial labor costs whilst also improving quality and minimise construction tolerances.
